You will be getting your paperback copy of CFTM directly from me and the book will be shipped out within 5 days of receiving the payment for your order.
Note: At this time, paperback orders are only available to be shipped within the continental US. A flat fee of $10 will be added to the price of the paperback to cover shipping and a small materials charge.
The exception to this will be if you are able to cover the shipping costs to your country yourself. If this is the case, please make a note of shipping cost in your address field, and I will adjust your invoice accordingly.
